ReplyDeleteYour ahead of the game. Good job you! Healthier eating and eliminating gluten is something that took awhile getting used to the last four months. And now..its amazing how much better I feel without grains, dairy, sugar, legumes, and processed oils. Thanks for following me and cheering my on Tia:) xo
